Hi Pat, nice to meet you. CFS certainly is debilitating - I am not able to paint much at the moment, hope to pick up a bit soon. Glad you like the painting. Thank you. :-))
Another technique you've mastered - and while on vacation, at that! Are they painting themselves, now? ha ha I hope your meteoric rise in painting prowess the past several months is some relief from this condition that has to be very tough to live with. My understanding is that they know very little about it, or how to fight it. Same with my cross to bear - migraine headaches. But some have it worse, much worse.
Ha ha, well I cheated really - was done before holiday but posted on return! CFS is difficult to live with as in my case it is so unpredictable, in most things I can do a bit of something one day and then can't do it for a week lol! There is no specific treatment or cure but like you say, and having lost my sister to MS, there are people much worse off so I live with it as best I can. I feel for you suffering migraines, my mum (bless her) used to suffer and they seem to be another condition that evades the "help" department, I hope you don't get them too often. Thank you, Nick, as always.
